Excellent design and sustainable headquarters MRW

MRW’s corporate headquarters, located in L’Hospitalet de Llobregat (Barcelona), has achieved the first certification BREEAM Spain of its design phase to the  classification of Excellent, the highest achieved to date for an office building in Spain.


This is the first time that a project architectural level received in Spain Excellent for this certification and also first certificate issued directly by BREEAM Spain. Certification of the building, obtained now under design, is the first step so that, once the work, the building gets the seal BREEAM ES. The proposed new headquarters of MRW envisages a total constructed area6, 600 m², including parking.
