Improving the energy efficiency and sustainability of the University of LAquila

Following the destruction caused by the 2009 earthquake in the region of Abruzzo (Italy), part of the administration University of L’Aquila has moved to a new building  constructed in layers dry conceived by CeP Consulenza and Progretti, a consultancy study and development of projects of Parma in northern Italy.


The construction is characterized by its autonomy energy, low power and excellent efficient, thanks to the application DuPont Tyvek insulating membrane Enercor DuPont Tyvek Universal and Forte. The building is the result of a scientific collaboration between the Universities of Parma and L’Aquila (Italy).
